Reservations
A reservation is confirmed only when our team confirms it in writing or by phone. Requests submitted through this website are requests until confirmed. Rates quoted are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Changes & Wait Time
Additional stops, extended hours and waiting time beyond the included allowance may be billed at the applicable rate. Airport arrivals include complimentary wait time; further delays may incur waiting charges.
Conduct & Vehicle Care
Passengers are responsible for damage to a vehicle caused by their party. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Chauffeurs may end a trip where conduct is unsafe or unlawful.
Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical failure or other events outside our reasonable control. Personal property left in a vehicle is returned where possible but is carried at the passenger's risk.
Payment
Charges are due on the terms confirmed at booking or under an approved corporate account. Gratuity, tolls, parking and airport fees may be added where applicable.
