Information is used to plan, confirm and deliver your transportation, to communicate with you about a reservation, to issue invoices and to maintain records of service history for account clients.

Sharing

We share trip details with the chauffeur assigned to your reservation and, where relevant, with a venue, hotel or flight crew coordinating your arrival. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers such as our booking and communications systems process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Retention & Security

Reservation records are retained as long as needed for service, accounting and legal requirements. Access to submitted information is restricted to authorized staff.
