Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations
Sedans and SUVs may be cancelled without charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations inside that window may be billed at the full trip rate.
Vans, Limousines & Group Travel
Executive vans, stretch limousines and multi-vehicle group programs may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the first scheduled pickup. Later cancellations may be billed in full.
Airport Arrivals
If a flight is cancelled by the airline, notify us as soon as possible and no cancellation charge applies. Delays are handled automatically through flight monitoring and do not require cancellation.
No-Shows
If a passenger cannot be located and no contact is made within the included wait time, the reservation is treated as a no-show and billed at the full rate.
Changes
Changes to timing, locations or vehicle class are accommodated wherever possible at no charge, subject to availability.
